To ensure the best experience for every guest and avoid misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to take a moment to review the following guidelines before your session begins:
1. Share Your Preferences Before the Service
If you have any specific needs—areas to focus on or avoid, preferred techniques, or services you wish to add or skip—please clearly inform the front desk or your therapist before the session starts.
2. Request Adjustments Anytime During the Service
If at any point you find the pressure too firm/light, dislike a technique, or want to modify or skip a step, please let us know immediately. We will happily make on-the-spot adjustments to suit you.
(Within the first 10 minutes of your session, if you feel the service does not meet your expectations, you may request to end it with no charge. After 10 minutes, we are still happy to adjust the technique or arrange a different therapist, and the session will be charged at the standard rate.)

Our core goal is to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. If any issues arise during your session, please trust that we will do our utmost to assist, support, and resolve them. After your service, we welcome you to share your honest feedback—positive reviews in particular provide powerful motivation for our spa’s healthy operation and continuous improvement. If no adjustments were requested during the session, we will assume the service was completed to your satisfaction. Your suggestions will still be carefully documented and implemented for your future visits.
